Tony keeps the pulse of the company, overseeing all of the company-owned partnerships and steering the strategic direction of each of the company's divisions, including property and asset management, development, and construction.

Paul Kirik is responsible for the overall management of mixed-use and multifamily projects from project inception to completion, including due diligence, entitlements, and project management of all development activities.

Yaro Kirik joined the Committee for Asset Acquisition. Mr. Kirik formerly sat on the Board of Directors for the Ukrainian Federal Credit Union. Mr. Kirik is also the president of the Maranata Missionary Organization, which provides humanitarian assistance to nations of the developing world.

With over 15 years of experience and leading the efforts of over 2 million square feet of space throughout the United States, Kellie joined Integ as the Senior Vice President of Property Management. Known for her analytical and entrepreneurial approach, she has an impressive track record of developing and implementing value-add strategies in real estate nationwide. She is responsible for residential and commercial property management drawing on her vast experience, which includes conventional multifamily, mid-rise, high-rise, HOA, affordable, and student housing. 

Vanessa is the curator and facilitator of engaging Integ's internal and external clients. She has a passion for personalized service, connecting with people, and creating memories. 

Real estate might be in her blood, but human resources is her passion. Lia found herself at Integ Capital already having a strong understanding of the real estate industry but was ready to carve a new path in human resources.
